Importance of Institutional Learning and How it helps in personal Upbringing.

An Educational system defines what the future generation will be like for a specific country. What you want to make your next generation reflects in your intuitions and the environment in which you practically impose certain systems in order to make the student to think in a specific direction. Whether it is theoretical education, practical education, business education or job-related education, whatever you prioritize, all are taught in the institutions.

 

The only objection that occurs in institutions is that they charge very high fees and still don't help a student beyond bookish materials or to prosper in any field. This objection is quite true but it doesn't mean that we forget the role of institutes in the personal up bring in of a person. Similarly, the role of a teacher is very important as how they interact, reflect and communicate with student. No one can learn everything from internet videos, post and articles or only from book. Someone with the specified knowledge and experience can only transfer knowledge to the students.

Lastly, the practical work students perform and try different things under supervision of professor or lecturer is itself a great learning experience. What is required in the current times is that institutes must understand the demand of entrepreneurships and skill learning. How they can incorporate that in their education. Skills play very important rolls in career building but in our society, careers are not dependent on our skills rather how much we can earn from a certain job. Similarly, business mindsets must be developed in institutes, so that educational system becomes relevant for the current times.

In this age of ChatGPT, AI and freelancing, people usually ask whether we have an educational degree or learn via skill as ultimately the goal is to make money at the end of the day. What credentials educational degree holds?

As a child we go to school so that we are able to start learning quickly and effectively The training we get as a child from the primary level, gets us ready for higher perspectives, complex concepts and tough physical environment. A degree is the compilation of years of learning of different courses along with practical working in a fixed environment, to make a persons brain to start thinking in a goal oriented direction which requires few years of hard work and determination and resilience. Algebra, Quantum Theory, Calculus, Newton's Law, Darwin's Theory etc. are the basic principles and theories which a child learns in order to understand first what is a human being, how one thinks and what we can do to improve the life of  human beings. Everyone jumps to the last point but if you don't have the understanding of fundamentals how can you work to improve the living standards of mankind. If you don't understand the mindset how people think?, what are their demands and how to fulfill them within your designated field. 

To understand the psychology, everyone should go to schools and college where you are able to learn human behavior in different scenarios and how to tackle that. This is the best business tool where most of the largest brands even fail, when they look into of their failures they realize they missed the opportunity to understand the psyche of customers. Then to apply different tools also requires your theoretical knowledge of computers, math, physics, chemistry, biology, construction, stats etc. But above all you need to start with the learning of physical structure of mankind what brain contains, how heart works, and how other body parts which makes you complete and successful individual in the long run. otherwise, skill's life is very short and when requirement changes you again come to zero, if you have all the above credentials you will not only able to survive but also thrive in life.

So we understand here education is a combination of learning, training and practical execution. All these fundamentals play a vital role in the success of every human being. Majority people realize that primary to secondary education is a must but we shouldn't go to college. Then remember everyone can't be successful like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs, so you must have principle oriented degree because of which you are able to work in all circumstances whether you acquire a skill or not.
